Laser Programmer/Operator
Role
As a Laser Programmer and Operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing metal products using advanced CNC laser cutting machines. This position requires a keen focus on machine operation to ensure optimal performance and product quality. You will manage the setup and operation of CNC lasers on a daily basis while providing support to fellow CNC operators.

Expectations
You are expected to proficiently operate and set up CNC laser cutting machines while ensuring efficiency and accuracy in production. You must be adept at troubleshooting machine malfunctions and making quick, informed decisions to maintain workflow. A thorough understanding of the products being manufactured, along with strict adherence to quality standards, is crucial. Attention to detail is key, and you will routinely perform checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure peak performance.
Timeliness in project completion is also critical, as meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality is a priority.

Full Time, Day Shift 6 am to 2:30 pm with overtime opportunities
Required
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Compensation: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour, Dependent on Experience
