Fleet Administrator/Fleet & Facility Specialist
Responsibilities- Work with 1,000+ locations on facility compliance and management under the direction of the Fleet & Facility Services Manager.
- Assist with the review, approval and coordination of state vehicle registrations and federally mandated inspections.
- Collaborate with branches on facility management to streamline maintenance, documentation and approval processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to communicate, resolve and update new or changing information.
- Analyze, process and prepare information for IFTA and road use tax, and perform necessary fleet-related tasks upon request.
- Provide administrative support, guidance and training to fellow associates and field staff.
- Manage fleet units and update locations upon request.
- Review, identify, track and report on inspections submitted by field staff.
- Assist with developing updated reporting processes.
- Attend required meetings and prepare/disseminate public and confidential informational reports and presentations.
- Answer phone calls and assist with problem resolution on facility issues.
- Research local, state and federal regulations as needed.
Note: This position requires working onsite at our Beloit, WI office, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications- Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office and Smartsheet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with time management and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize, respond to shifting demands, and timelines.
