As a Change Deployment Specialist, you will partner on the coordination and deployment of new applications and enhancements that impact our associates. You will work with the business, Senior Change Deployment Specialists, and your supervisor to understand the needs of our associates and the company. You will assist in the design and execution of change management programs by participating in business meetings to understand the requirements of the change and its impact on branches, learning the new application or process, building appropriate communication and training material, conducting mock training sessions, and refining the training approach based on feedback.

• Work with subject matter experts, Operations, and branches to understand the current state and the impact of the desired change.
• Assist in identifying communication and training needs for a particular application or process.
• Recommend a training curriculum that meets program goals.
• Create training material as directed.
• Deliver exceptional training using a variety of training techniques and concepts.
• Oversee associate attendance and engagement.
• Propose communication to all levels of the organization as needed.
• Continuously enhance program material as changes occur.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Education: Earned or in‑progress degree.
