The Kerry Leadership Development Program is a 24‑month rotational program that will begin on July 13 2026. There are opportunities in:
- Sales (located in Beloit, WI):
Critical to supporting account managers, managing inbound lead generation, coordinating internal projects, and ensuring alignment between customers and Kerry’s internal teams. - Marketing (located in Beloit, WI):
Gather consumer and market insights, synthesize with customer and competitor information, and activate against our category strategies in the region. Support strategic planning, marketing communications, category insights, and channel activation. - Research, Development & Application (located in Beloit, WI):
Drive innovation by applying scientific and engineering principles to research that improves existing products. Conceptualize, develop, and process new products while working in lab and pilot plant environments. - Finance (located in Beloit, WI):
Collaborate with functions to ensure robust financial controls, provide key financial insights that drive business performance, support decision‑making, and foster an engaging environment that places finance at the core of the business.
Throughout the 24 months, you will build capabilities through sessions, interact with individuals across teams and functions, network with peers and leaders across the company, and gain experience through real hands‑on projects.
Qualifications- A bachelor’s degree from a four‑year accredited college or university in a related field, with graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams and deliver high‑quality results.
- Excellent critical‑thinking skills, working independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship not available.
- Curious mindset.
Compensation
The typical hiring range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 annually, based on factors including education, experience, and location.
In addition to pay, Kerry offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
