ABC Supply is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the Beloit Team. This fast‑paced, cross‑functional support role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to identify and address customer concerns effectively and efficiently.

• Responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Must have excellent written/verbal communication and problem‑solving skills, and be comfortable with multi‑tasking as needed
• Research and communicate findings of customer payments, short pays, and cash application details to the proper department and/or customer
• Accept and process customer payments
• Offer guidance on processes and troubleshoot common questions on programs and systems used

• 1-2 years of Help Desk or Customer Service experience
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Self‑Motivated
• Time Management Skills Detail orientated & thorough
• Great Organization and Research Skills
• Experience with accepting large volumes of incoming calls and emails
