• Position type is Permanent full time
• Patient population 2-100
• Active Wisconsin License preferred but not mandatory
• The group is looking for a candidate with experience but will take new residency grads as well
• Shifts are 8 hours – very light call
• Must be able to work with autonomy at times but there will be NP/PA’s on staff
• Clinic only
• Patient volume is 16-22 per day
