Traditional Pediatric practice:
Outpatient/Inpatient Newborn Call is 1:4 Level II Nursery Average clinic patients 16-22 Low inpatient census - limited to kids needing fluids or antibiotics Transfers sent to Milwaukee, Madison, or Rockford Competitive two-year guarantee with production incentives, sign-on bonus, moving expenses, and full benefits Family-friendly community with excellent schools Outdoor activities include hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, theater, sporting events, and more
