Signify Health is seeking a Full Time In-Home Traveler Physician to provide health evaluations at patients’ homes, traveling across a defined coverage area. The role requires active licenses in the coverage states and the ability to obtain multi-state licenses as needed.
You will perform 45-minute visits using an iPad, with a focus on health history, physical assessment, and optional diagnostic testing as directed by health plans. Up to 100% travel may be required.
