SPED Teacher​/Transition Coordinator

GPAC is partnering with an innovative and growingK-12 school in the Beloit / Janesville area to identify their next Special Education (SPED) Teacher / Transition Coordinator.

— This position serves students in the middle and high school (6-12) grade levels with a focus on intellectual disabilities, life skills and transition post-graduation —

This school is seeking a candidate for this on-site, full time position for the 2025-26 School Year who is:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• LICENSURE:
  Current Wisconsin teaching license in applicable SPED discipline(s)

• Experience teaching in an urban public school or charter school setting
• At least two years of experience with a proven track-record of high achievement in the classroom

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with high expectations
