Caregiver, Healthcare Nursing, Home Health Aide

Transitions At Home, is currently seeking a dependable Full-Time Caregiver to join our team! This position focuses on providing companionship and ensuring the safety of our client within a facility. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy brightening someone’s day, we’d love to have you be part of our care team.

$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

This role is all about connection—sharing conversation, offering encouragement, and helping our client stay engaged in daily activities. You’ll lend a helping hand with mobility, keep an eye out for safety, and help create a warm, comfortable environment where our client feels cared for and valued.

• 7:00am - 5:00pm
• 10 hour shifts
• Every other weekend

• $16- $17 per hour starting wage, depending on experience

• Must be a minimum of 17 years of age
• One year of Caregiving experience preferred
• A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance

• Hiring manager will contact you within 1-2 business days of your application submission
• Complete 1-2 interview(s) and meet with immediate supervisor and mentor
• Upon receiving the job offer, review job description, and complete new-hire tasks and onboarding paperwork (via the Paycor app)
