* Beloit Health System is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Beloit Regional Hospice Team.
In this position the Certified Nursing Assistant will perform CNA duties including providing personal care to Hospice patients with a variety of medical conditions that may limit patient's ability to perform for themselves. Duties will included partial to complete bathing, oral and denture care, toileting and incontinence management, obtaining vital signs, monitoring and documenting patient intake and output, assistance with ambulation and repositioning in bed are all key responsibilities that are delegated to CNAs by the RN.

Required:

• Completion of Accredited CNA program
• Current WI and IL CNA certificate
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire
• While previous Hospice experience desired, we are willing to train, New Graduates encouraged to apply
