Your role: In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression. As the Banquet Server, you will provide guests with quality food and service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

What your day will look like:

• Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and china.
• Follow health and safety practices at all times.
• Complete all prep work prior to the event start time.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests.
• Serve food and/or beverage, ensuring consistency throughout the event.
• Respond promptly to any guest request.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism.
• Maintain clear and open communication among staff for overall event success.
• During events, keep all work areas clean, including side work duties for overall productivity.
• After the banquet, remove all linen, silverware, china and trays from the space.
• Finish all side duties before punching out for the shift.
• Have fun at work and bring a positive attitude to create a memorable experience for guests.

Requirements:

• Legal age to serve alcohol.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced environment.
• Can carry a tray/shoulder weighing up to 30 lbs without assistance.
• Stand or walk for the entire shift.
• Available nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• U.S. work authorization (required).
