Your Role in Creating Geronimoments

As a bartender, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Provide great customer service by helping guests choose food and beverage selections, presenting choices, and maintain a warm friendly atmosphere.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
• Properly set up bar, including stocking and batching.
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed.
• Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment to safeguard customer and company.
• Complete all prep work prior to bar start time.
• During service, maintain all work areas, including any side work duties for overall productivity and success.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in making classic cocktails.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, count change back to customer).
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Valid Operator’s License.
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).

You’ll Stand Out If You Bring

• Previous wine experience and/or certification.
• One year or more of bartending experience.
