Job SummaryThe IT Operations Oracle Analyst Support will be responsible for supporting the Oracle Fusion Application Suite, Oracle Transportation Management and Oracle Warehouse Management Modules and ensuring their smooth operation and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot functional business issues, identify root causes for various issues in the end‑to‑end business flows, and write SQL queries against staging Oracle databases to analyze data.
- Manage collaboration between ABC Supply associates, Oracle, and our managed services teams.
- Provision, install, upgrade, configure, and maintain ABC Supply’s Oracle applications.
- Support the IT Operations Manager in documenting, updating, and publishing key Oracle processes and documentation.
- Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours support when needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users and other IT staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Prefer 10 years of experience in supporting Oracle Fusion applications, OTM and WMS modules.
- Experience collaborating with support services teams in providing support to the Oracle Fusion applications.
- Experience developing and maintaining documentation for Oracle Integrations Cloud integrations and Oracle Cloud Console.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users and other IT staff.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Certification.
