Senior Project Manager – Design‑Build Projects

We are a mid‑sized, family‑owned general contractor experiencing tremendous growth. Our core values center around our people and clients, and we are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and lead high‑profile design‑build projects in the public and private sectors.

$90,000 – $145,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).

As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and execute design‑build projects, manage schedules, budgets, and quality control, and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and reviewing project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring profitability.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Assist in project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final payments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
