• Champion Lean Manufacturing and embed continuous improvement in every process.
• Drive improvements in HSE, quality, cost competitiveness, and profitability.
• Set and achieve operational targets; ensure proper organization and staffing.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Inspire and develop a team of 70 professionals to deliver exceptional results.

• Proven track record in HSE excellence and Lean leadership.
• Strong change management and team development experience.
• Manufacturing background with focus on quality, productivity, and delivery.
• Solid knowledge of Lean tools, continuous improvement, and project management.
• Minimum 5 years leading a full production team in a complex environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Production or Industrial Engineering).
