The Shipping Coordinator ensures smooth, accurate, and timely receipt and shipment of materials and products. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, preparing documentation, collaborating with production and management, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety standards.

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping orders.
• Use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and possibly CAM software.
• Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, inventory tracking, and working in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with internal and external customers as well as Logistics Companies.
