Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1+ year as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc., OR an Associate’s Degree.
• Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Training:

• Approximately six weeks are spent in a hands-on training environment before being assigned to a department.
• Team Leaders attend a virtual Inspired Hires orientation, including presentations by different divisions to increase product knowledge, company knowledge, and leadership skills.
• A 6-month operational training program while on the job.

Location and Shift:

• Hormel Foods - Beloit, WI
• Third Shift Openings
• Extended hours may be needed, including weekends
• Work environments may include areas below 40 degrees and above 60 degrees
