• Room patients and assist providers with procedures.
• Reconcile medication lists and administer injections.
• Triage and respond to patient messages per protocol.
• Assist with clinical duties, ordering supplies, scheduling procedures and appointments.
• Complete medication refills and pre‑authorizations per protocol.
• Clean exam rooms and maintain patient paperwork (FMLA, Short‑Term Disability, Long‑Term Disability, etc.).

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Current Wisconsin RN licensure.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a team environment.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Previous clinic experience is a plus.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
