The Nursing Supervisor will provide supervision and direction to the nursing team. This individual will assist with staffing and assignments, placing patients in beds, triaging patient needs, and bed placement, triaging phone calls, communicating with leadership, assisting with obtaining meds and supplies. In addition, the Nursing Supervisor will respond to all RRTs, MEAs, and codes, enter surgical cases in EMR and call in OR on call team.

• ADN, BSN preferred
• Current WI RN License
• BLS and ACLS
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team - including patients, families/responsible parties, and the community
• Prior Supervising experience
• PALS & NRP certification
