Beloit Memorial Hospital is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Surgical Services Team!

The Registered Nurse will ensure proper preparation of patients for surgical procedures. This individual will monitor patient status and vital signs. The Registered Nurse will assist with positioning, prepping, and charting of patients and procedures. In addition, this individual will assist with the administration of pre and post procedural medications as ordered, and assist in other areas as needed. This position will have an on-call rotation.

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted
• Current WI RN license
• BLS required within 3 months of hire

Preferred:

• Previous surgical experience
• ACLS and PALS
