Beloit Health System is adding to our team in our Medical/Surgical Unit with immediate openings for a Registered Nurse at Beloit Memorial Hospital.

• Pay Range: $33.40-$53.44/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Yes
• Shift: 1st and 3rd
• Schedule: 7a-7p or 7p-7a
• Department: Medical Surgical Unit

In this position the Registered Nurse will provide primary nursing care for patients in our fast‑paced medical‑surgical department. Duties include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery from a variety of medical or surgical conditions, administering intermittent and continuous IV medications and monitoring condition changes to optimize patient recovery, and accurately documenting in the EMR.

• RN ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Experience is helpful, but not required.
• BLS Certification within 3 months of hire.
• ACLS and NIHSS within one year of hire.
• Telemetry experience is helpful.
