Qualifications

You must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Pizza production – Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Pizza
• Pasta
• Wings
• Deserts
• Sandwiches
• Sides

Ingredient stocking – Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

• Lifting and rotating stock using FIFO
• Moving soda from storage area to coolers
• Dating all product

Customer interactions – Take and receive phone calls, take customers orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows, and bring the customers food out to the car in all weather conditions.

Daily cleaning and sanitation – Sweep and mop, clean coolers interior and exterior, take out trash, wash dishes.

Training and Communication

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Communication Skills – Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions and Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make the correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.

Sensing and Temperaments

Talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting. Includes lifting deliveries up to 50 pounds, carrying items up to 30 pounds, pushing trays up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs, stooping for 30–45 seconds repetitions.

Additional Job Details

Reaching performed continuously up, down, and forward; reaching above 72 inches to operate controls, change prices, lift objects, cleaning tasks. Hand tasks include eye‑hand coordination, use of hands continuously, shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel and cutter, frequent forceful pinching in cardboard box assembly.

Equipment and Tools

Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
