A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager
, focussing on internal works, to join their team on a healthcare construction project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme delivering critical healthcare infrastructure.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Overseeing internal works packages
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Manage programme delivery and monitor progress against project timelines
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
• Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and progress reporting
• Manage logistics, materials and site resources effectively

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery

• SMSTS
• CSCS (Black Card)
• First Aid at Work
• SC Cleared (or pathway to clearance)
• Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree desirable)
