Position: Customer Service Advisor (Temp to Perm)
Are you a natural problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is hiring a Customer Service Advisor offering fantastic benefits and career progression opportunities. This will initially begin as a temporary role with the opportunity to become perm for the right candidates.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Customer Service Experience – Proven ability to provide excellent service
Strong Communication – A professional telephone manner & written skills
Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with Microsoft applications & web-based platforms
Call Centre Experience (Desirable) – Not essential but always a bonus!
Resilient & Calm – Able to handle customer queries with reassurance & confidence
Within this position, you’ll also be:

Customer Contact – Engage with customers via phone, email, SMS, live chat & Whats App
Problem Solving – Understand customer situations and provide effective solutions
Service Excellence – Deliver a high-quality customer experience with professionalism
CRM Management – Ensure all queries are handled promptly & accurately within SLAs
Process Optimisation – Identify opportunities to streamline operations & improve efficiency
What’s on offer

£13.61 per hour plus bonus & overtime opportunities
Various shifts 8am-6pm and some weekends
