Customer Service Executive; Logistics

Position: Customer Service Executive (Logistics)
My client is a fast growing logistics business with a network of 11 sites in the UK currently with further expansion plans on the horizon. You will be working alongside operations providing a professional & seamless service to their customers. You will be working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

Due to further expansion they are seeking a customer service executive to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated and ambitious and looking to build a career.

Responsibilities

· Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries

· Working to customer KPI’s on performance and resolutions

· Logging details onto inhouse TMS system and producing performance reports

· Coordinate delivery bookings and monitor timed deliveries, proactively communicating and service issues

· Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution

· Communicating with clients internal/external via the telephone ,email and face to face

· Building relationships

· Providing solutions

Skills required

· Experience of working within a logistics environment

· Strong communication skills

· Previous key account/customer service experience

· Resilience

· Able to deal with complaints

· Solution driven

· Strong IT skills

Working hours Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.00
