Customer Service Executive; Logistics

My client is a fast growing logistics business with a network of 11 sites in the UK currently with further expansion plans on the horizon. You will be working alongside operations providing a professional & seamless service to their customers. You will be working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. Due to further expansion they are seeking a customer service executive to join their friendly team.

• Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries
• Working to customer KPI's on performance and resolutions
• Logging details onto inhouse TMS system and producing performance reports
• Coordinate delivery bookings and monitor timed deliveries, proactively communicating and service issues
• Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution
• Communicating with clients internal/external via the telephone, email and face to face
• Building relationships
• Providing solutions

• Experience of working within a logistics environment
• Strong communication skills
• Previous key account/customer service experience
• Resilience
• Able to deal with complaints
• Solution driven
• Strong IT skills

Working hours Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00
