Join Our Team as a Learning Support Assistant – East Midlands (Specialist SEN)

Are you a compassionate, flexible, and experienced LSA looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism? We are working on behalf of a specialist SEN school in the East Midlands and are looking to register several LSAs immediately. This is an ongoing, flexible opportunity, perfect for those available to support small groups of students, particularly those who are non-verbal or require intensive support.

What the role involves:

* Working closely with students in small groups to support learning and social development

* Supporting children with ASD and complex communication needs

* Assisting teaching staff in implementing individualised learning plans and strategies

* Promoting independence, confidence, and engagement in practical and academic tasks

* Maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment
