We are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administration Specialist to manage and coordinate payroll and benefits processes within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Description
Oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Administer employee benefits programmes, including enrolments, changes, and terminations.
Ensure timely reporting and submissions to relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Maintain and update employee records within payroll and benefits systems.
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits queries.
Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure smooth processes.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and recommend adjustments as needed.
Profile
A successful Payroll & Benefits Administration Specialist should have:
Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
