💷 Salary & Pay Progression

· Day Shift

Starting rate: £14.05 per hour

Progressing up to: £17.75 per hour

· Afternoon Shift

Starting rate: £16.02 per hour

Progressing up to: £19.72 per hour

· Night Shift

Starting rate: £17.05 per hour

Progressing up to: £20.75 per hour

Structured pay progression based on skills and experience

Overtime opportunities to increase earnings

🕒 Shift Patterns

· Day Shift

Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30

Friday: 06:00 - 12:00

· Afternoon Shift

Monday to Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00

Friday: 12:00 - 18:00

· Night Shift

Sunday: 20:30 - 06:00

Monday to Thursday: 23:00 - 06:00

🔨 Key Responsibilities

✅ Mechanical and manual assembly of products and components

✅Working from work instructions, diagrams, and production schedules

✅Conducting quality inspections and visual checks

✅ Using hand tools and assembly equipment safely

✅ Packing and preparing finished products

✅ Maintaining high standards of health and safety

✅ Achieving daily production and performance targets

✅ Working collaboratively as part of a busy manufacturing team
