Counterbalance Forklift Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Belper
.

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries and vehicles
• Stock movement, storage, and replenishment within the warehouse
• Supporting goods‑in / goods‑out operations
• Conducting daily FLT safety checks and inspections
• Assisting with general warehouse operative duties
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited preferred)
• Proven experience as a Forklift Driver / FLT Operator / Warehouse Operative
• Strong awareness of warehouse safety standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexible and reliable approach to shifts

• Competitive pay (£13.92 - £15.80 per hour

• Morning Shift: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30 | Friday 06:00 - 12:00
• Afternoon Shift: Monday - Thursday 14:30 - 23:00 | Friday 12:00 - 18:00
