As a Director Physical Therapist
, you will facilitate daily clinical operations, including, but not limited to, following policies and procedures, implementing new processes and programming, promoting the clinic, demonstrating exemplary customer service, handling urgent situations, and participating in facility maintenance. • Following policies and procedures while implementing new processes and programs
• Promoting the clinic and demonstrating exemplary customer service
• Handling urgent situations as they arise
• Participating in facility maintenance and improvements
• Bringing enthusiasm to our fun and energetic clinic atmosphere
• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office.

• $75,000‑$90,000 – Based on experience.
• Monday – Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Incentive plan for clinicians who consistently see a higher number of patients per day.
