Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.
• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Unit Details:

- Procedures/cases include general surgery, echo, EKG, colonoscopy, TEE, EEG, and wound vac. Equipment used on the unit includes Welch-Allen vital sign machines, glucometers, Polar Ice, and CBI. Opportunities for resourcing, precepting, and working with students. Case management and PT/OT/ST are on the same floor as the unit. MDRs are held daily to coordinate care for patients.

No call. 3 weekend shifts per month.

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW:
This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
