What you bring to the table:

• Experience is not required; bonus points if you have experience with customer service, cashier, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru, safety standards, and fast-food restaurants
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly during shifts; maneuver through compact spaces safely; operate restaurant equipment

Team Member employees are compensated based on skills and experience. The exact salary varies by location and other factors, and will be discussed during hiring. The typical starting pay ranges are:

• $8.00 to $18.00 per hour in general
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
