Lead Sales Consultant

Pay RangeBase pay: $95,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities- Sell and cultivate a strong client base, following our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products.
- Conduct cold calls and build client relationships.
- Master and execute our sales framework, then take on additional duties such as training and mentoring new team members.
- Resolute, self-assured, and proactive.
- Exhibits discipline and determination; independent work mindset.
- Proficient in handling objections and closing sales, unfazed by setbacks.
- Committed to 40-45 hours weekly.
- History of exemplary performance.
- Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers.
- Thrives on sales challenges and fully engaged in the field.
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in residing state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps, short sales cycle—3 business days), monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
