Lead Sales Consultant

Alleviation Enterprise LLC

Pay Range

Base pay: $95,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Sell and cultivate a strong client base, following our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products.
  • Conduct cold calls and build client relationships.
  • Master and execute our sales framework, then take on additional duties such as training and mentoring new team members.

  • Exhibits discipline and determination; independent work mindset.
  • Proficient in handling objections and closing sales, unfazed by setbacks.
  • Committed to 40-45 hours weekly.
  • History of exemplary performance.
  • Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers.
  • Thrives on sales challenges and fully engaged in the field.
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in residing state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
