Kansas City Composting, a sister company of St. Louis Composting, producer of STA-Certified Compost, Mulch Products, and Soil Blends, is looking for a full-time Laborer to work at its locations in Belton, MO, and Lee's Summit, MO.

• Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week
• Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• Work hours between 8 and 10 hours on scheduled days
• Report to work site no later than 6:45 am
• Ability to read and understand English
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Pass an extensive drug screening
• Submit to a criminal background screening
• Use hand tools safely
• Operate a skid steer
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willing to work shift and overtime hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic, proactive in assisting others

• Landscape laboring experience
• Mechanical skills
• Heavy equipment operation experience
