Location: Belton, MO
Pay: $21/hr | Contract Role
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Join BGSF, a national staffing firm, and take on a hands-on maintenance role where reliability and skill matter! We're looking for a strong, dependable technician to keep this property running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (if certified)
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
- Communicate effectively with team and residents
- Maintain a professional attitude and follow safety standards
- Must have own tools and valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, and excellent attendance
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
- Weekly pay
