Part-time School Bus Driver needed at DS Bus Lines Inc., a trusted partner of Belton School District #124. Fully credentialed drivers with a CDL, Passenger and School Bus endorsements are eligible for a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

We are currently hiring Bus Drivers and Driver Trainees in the Belton area. Candidates must pass a drug test and background check, work well with children, and preferably live within the Belton region.

No CDL? We offer in‑house CDL training.

Training Rate: $12.50/hr
Revenue Rate: $16.97 – $21.11/hr

• Transport clients to and from destinations on schedule.
• Fulfill administrative needs such as office pickups.
• Plan routes anticipating traffic, construction, and weather delays.
• Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
• Interact with clients professionally.
• Maintain vehicle readiness (fuel, repairs, records).
• Keep mileage and repair records current.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Eligible employees must work both AM and PM routes, remain in good standing, and meet all route requirements. Good standing means consistently meeting job expectations, following company policies, and not having significant disciplinary issues.

The sign‑on bonus is paid in two installments:

• 50% after 60 days on route.
• 50% after 120 days on route.
