As a Weekend Warehouse Picker/Packer, you’ll work at a top logistics facility with real control over your weekend schedule. During busy weekends, you can pick up full-time hours and overtime shifts. On slower weekends, you can plan ahead by checking available shifts in the app.

What You’ll Do:At this facility in Belton, MO, you will be a part of a team that meets the production needs by:
- Picking and packing items one at a time to complete orders.
- Use RF Scanners and technology to fulfill orders.
- Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
- Instant Hiring: Apply, complete paperwork, and get hired directly from your phone —all on your phone through the My Work Choice app.
- Full-Time and Overtime Opportunities: The first ten days of every month are our busiest—pick and choose shifts to work full-time hours and grab overtime when available.
- Limited Shifts on Off Weeks: Outside of busy weekends, shifts are limited, and hours may be tight. Use the app to see available shifts and plan ahead.
- Flexible Scheduling: Manage your shifts 24/7. Easily pick up, drop, or trade shifts in the app based on your availability.

Busy Weekends (During the First 10 Days of the Month):

- 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
During the first 10 days of the month, full-time hours and overtime opportunities are available. Depending on when the 1st falls, there could be one or two busy weekends.
Off Weekends:
- Shifts vary and may be limited.
