I. MUSIC MINISTRY

• A. Direct the planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating of a comprehensive music program.
• B. Supervise all volunteer and employed workers in the music areas.
• C. Equip and empower staff and volunteers for music ministries throughout the church.
• D. Select and order choral and instrumental music for all choirs.
• E. Facilitate the upkeep of the church music library, materials and supplies.
• F. Supervise the use and care of all instruments and church audio visual equipment.

II. WORSHIP

• A. Assist the Pastor in planning all worship services.
• B. Select music for worship.
• D. Coordinate and support all rehearsals and practices for worship events.

III. AUDIO VISUAL

• A. Prepare slides and A/V equipment for worship services.
• B. Schedule A/V team for worship services.
• C. Keep equipment up to date and train A/V team on anything new.

IV. PASTORAL CARE

• A. Assist in home, hospital, and skilled care facility visits.
• B. Assist in funerals and memorial services.
• C. Support and facilitate Senior Adult activities and ministry opportunities.

V. ADMINISTRATION

• A. Coordinate the music ministry with the church calendar.
• B. Lead music ministries to support the church mission statement.
• C. Serve as an ex-officio member of the music ministry team, A/V team, Senior Adult team, and wedding team.

VI. CHURCH/STAFF RELATIONS

• A. Support the Pastor as staff-team leader.
• B. Cooperate as a member of the staff-team effort.
• C. Promote harmony among church membership.
• D. Be a positive influence in the community.
• E. Perform other duties as assigned by the Pastor.
