Position Overview

Assess, diagnose, and provide clinical services for individuals with behavioral health disorders.

Essential Functions
  • Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to individuals and families for emotional and behavioral disorders.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop discharge plans.
  • Lead individual, group, or family therapy sessions as appropriate.
  • Develop initial treatment plans based on assessments and coordinate additional services, revising as needed.
  • Document therapy services according to standards, updating as required.
  • Maintain an assigned caseload.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with staff.
  • Provide services in inpatient or outpatient settings.
  • Perform case management, discharge, or aftercare planning as needed.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude; prioritize patient safety.
    • Additional Responsibilities

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services.
    • At least one year of experience with similar patient populations.
    • State or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligibility.
    • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training provided).
