. We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses for our behavioral health team. This role offers outstanding growth opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Sign‑On Bonus
  • $5,000 for full‑time day shifts
  • $7,500 for full‑time night shifts
Shift & Schedule
  • Full‑time positions
  • Day or night shift (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.)
  • 3 x 12‑hour rotations with rotating weekends
  • Shift differentials up to $5 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans.
  • Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about health conditions.
  • Deliver nursing care within the scope of practice and state regulations, as well as facility policies.
  • Ensure physicians’ orders are legible and transcribed accurately.
  • Continuously assess patient status and document pertinent information.
  • Notify physicians of significant status changes or emergencies.
  • Complete initial nursing treatment plans upon admission.
  • Apply universal precautions in patient care.
  • Administer medications accurately and document controlled substance counts.
  • Process admissions and discharges efficiently.
  • Establish therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Coordinate unit activities and communicate professionally with patients, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to practice in the state.
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience; psychiatric or substance‑abuse experience preferred.
  • CPR, de‑escalation, and restraint certification required (training provided on‑hire).
  • First aid certification may be required by state or facility.
