• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent (VMD) from an AVMA-accredited university
• Positive and effective experience leading veterinarians and veterinary technicians preferred
• A strong ability to manage staff and outcomes with emotional intelligence
• Commitment to the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
• Experience effectively delegating tasks and achieving results with practice team members
