Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 outlets via Walmart Supercenter, with a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will connect shoppers with wireless products & solutions, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving.

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets.
• Teach shoppers to set up and activate new products.
• Keep planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

• Display high‑energy personality and natural conversation starter.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic environment.
• Be hungry to excel in an uncapped commission role.
• Provide fantastic service while displaying integrity.
• Stand/move around for 8‑10 hour shifts.
• Maintain flexibility to work peak times, weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Prior sales experience or wireless knowledge is not mandatory; we provide training.
