Haz Tek Safety Management invites you to join our team as a Bilingual Safety Trainer. We’re dedicated to building a culture of safety and excellence.

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings.
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations.
• Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform daily safety audits and inspections.
• Inspect power tools and heavy equipment.

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30‑hour Construction certification.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 500 certification is a plus.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Strong knowledge of scissor lifts, boom lifts and forklifts.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Experience in fall protection, scaffolding, steel erection, and excavation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Local only – no travel, per diem, or relocation is offered for this opportunity.

Safety Specialists are hired on a full‑time basis, earning an experienced salary range based on skill level and qualifications.
