Haz Tek Safety Management invites you to join our team as a Bilingual Safety Trainer. We’re dedicated to building a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring OSHA compliance.
- Conduct daily safety meetings.
- Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations.
- Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform daily safety audits and inspections.
- Inspect power tools and heavy equipment.
- Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience.
- OSHA 30‑hour Construction certification.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- OSHA 500 certification is a plus.
- First Aid/CPR certified.
- Strong knowledge of scissor lifts, boom lifts and forklifts.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.
- Experience in fall protection, scaffolding, steel erection, and excavation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range$95,000‑$110,000
Travel / RelocationLocal only – no travel, per diem, or relocation is offered for this opportunity.
Equity ParticipationSafety Specialists are hired on a full‑time basis, earning an experienced salary range based on skill level and qualifications.
