Project Execution & Oversight

• Lead drywall construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

• Ensure all project work meets contractual and quality standards

Budget & Resource Management

• Prepare and manage accurate project budgets

• Track labor, materials, and subcontractor performance

• Optimize resource allocation and job profitability

Client & Team Leadership

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Develop and mentor field and office team members to support career progression

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)

• 3+ years of commercial project management experience, with at least 2 years of estimating background

• Proven experience managing drywall scopes as a subcontractor is required

• MBA or advanced business/finance education a plus

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of material pricing, labor productivity, and equipment needs

• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines

• Experience with construction management software and scheduling tools
