• Develop accurate project budgets using historical data and industry benchmarks

• Visit active and pending project sites to ensure quality execution and process compliance

• Track labor and subcontractor performance across multiple jobs

• Manage schedules, budgets, materials, and resources with attention to detail

• Deliver project milestones on time and within scope

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships on every project

• Lead and mentor team members for continued growth and contribution

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction

• Strong estimating background (at least 2+ years in estimating)

• Previous experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor is required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting preferred (MBA is a plus)

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

• High accountability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work from the office and job sites as needed
