Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join their high-performing Pre-Construction team in Beltsville, MD

As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction process
, developing accurate bids and helping to win projects that align with Our Client’s high standards of quality and delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to develop precise estimates

• Generate written proposals for bids and pricing

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor, material, and equipment costs

• Ensure understanding of local, city, and state building codes

• Mentor and manage project engineers and assistant estimators to support their professional growth

• Continuously enhance your knowledge across product lines:
  drywall, acoustical, doors/frames/hardware (Div
  8), and specialties (Div 10)

🎓
Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting preferred

• 2+ years as an Assistant Estimator
  , or 5–7 years of overall estimating experience
