Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert - Bilingual Spanish

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, contributing to Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish written & spoken skills.
• Passionate about client service and brand advocacy.
• Excellent customer service skills, proficient with video and audio tools.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for minimum 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Base pay range varies by location. Positions eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
